I have a query with my order?

Can I make a payment with a credit or debit card?
Yes, you can.  Use your credit card or bank account at the payment process.


Is my payment secure?
We use Secure Trading and PayPal as our secure payment processors. They are the largest and most secure payment servers online today. They safe, simple and smart!

Can I make a payment through PayPal?
Yes, just log into your PayPal account at the payment process.

Do I have to have a PayPal account?
We use PayPal as one of our our payment servers but you DO NOT have to open a payment account to pay for an order.  You can pay by any of the credit/debit cards listed at the payment process.

I'm having some problems at the payment process!
If you experience any problems at the payment process, just let us know, and we will do our best to help you.

How much do you charge for delivery?
All of our gifts include 1st Class Royal Mail delivery - so no hidden extras at checkout! Unless you upgrade for a special request for your order to be delivered guaranteed next day.

How are orders delivered?
We use mainly 1st Class Royal Mail. Couriers, for corporate orders and special requests.

When will my order arrive?

Whilst the majority of orders arrive the following working day, although we cannot guarantee this.  Please allow up to 2-3 working days if you want your gift to arrive on time on or before a special celebration date. Or upgrade to special Express to guarantee your actual delivery date.


Do you post to Europe?

Yes, we are more than happy to send our edible gifts to Europe, all we ask is that you pay the additional postage costs.  Please bear in mind that some of our products have a short shelf life, so get in touch if you are not sure what to order.  Either email or call us on 01305 849264 so we can help you with your request.


Can I send to a BFPO Address?

Yes, we are more than happy to send to BFPO addresses, just order as you would normally, but please bear in mind that some of our products have a short shelf life, so please get in touch if you are not sure what to order.

When is the best time to place an order?
The convenience of an online shop is that you can order 24/7.  You can pre-order anytime.  If you place an order on a Mon-Fri (except Bank Holidays) before 1pm your delicious gifts can be dispatched the same day!


Will the recipient be able to see how much i paid for my gift?

No, we never send invoices with any of our edible gifts. Just your personal message on a greeting card.

Are any of your edible gifts wheat, dairy or gluten free?
Yes, some of our organic brownies and Oat bars are wheat, dairy and gluten free.  Take a look at our organic selection and make your choice at time of order.
