Orders for all giftboxes the (with exception of corporate, click here for details) received by 1pm Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched on the same day and sent by first class Royal Mail.
Orders received after 1pm Monday-Friday and on non-working days, will be processed the following working day.
Orders received on non working days ie Public Holidays and weekends are dispatched the following working day.
During busy, peak, seasonal celebrations, such as Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we highly recommend that orders are placed in advance.

1ST Class Royal Mail UK Delivery
All gift prices include 1st Class Royal Mail delivery, please allow after dispatch at least 2-3 working days for your gift to arrive.
Special UK Express Delivery
Guaranteed  delivery before 1pm  on a weekday. Highly recommended if you are looking for a speedy delivery or would like your gift to arrive  guaranteed  on a special  celebration  day.
Order before 1pm on weekdays for Guaranteed delivery the next working day.
Orders received after 1pm on week days, will be dispatched on  the following working day.
Orders received on a Friday before 1pm  for a  Guaranteed Monday delivery.
There is an additional charge of £4.95 per order for this service.
Please  remember when placing your orders dispatch date is not the delivery date.
