Order and Delivery Details E-mail
Orders for all giftboxes the (with exception of corporate, click here for details) received by 1pm Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched on the same day and sent by first class Royal Mail.
 
Orders received after 1pm Monday-Friday and on non-working days, will be processed the following working day.
 
Sorry no deliveries can be made on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
 
While most of our orders are delivered the following day, we are unable to guarantee this.
 
If you would like your gift to arrive on a special celebration date, we suggest allowing at least THREE working days after your chosen dispatch date for the package to arrive on time.
 
During busy, peak, seasonal celebrations, such as Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we highly recommend that orders are placed in advance. Please ensure that your chosen dispatch date falls on a Monday to Friday and excludes Bank Holidays.
